I was born an inventor. From an early age I always had the curiosity to want to know how a device or machine worked on the inside. I would take old vacuums and hand held blenders apart just to see how the parts interacted and moved together. Thinking back, one of my first ideas for a new products came at the age of 10 ( see my invention page).

However, although I always had ideas for new inventions, I never saw my curiosity for new inventions as a skill. At the age of 25, I decided to put an idea down onto paper and explore what I how far I could develop it (see Tooth-mate on my invention page), I started to believe, I could possibly create new inventions when a company I contacted called me back, asking about the product I submitted to them. Long story short, I continued to put pencil to paper, read books on inventing and obtained free information from the United States Patent and Trademark office, wrote my first patent, created a working prototype, obtained overseas manufacturing and sold my invention online to various stores and individuals. I have made many mistakes and have spent time and money I didn’t need to, but in every experience, I learned something new.

As I have told others my story, I found many people who also have ideas, do not know where to start, and want to know more. So I sat down and wrote a workbook for novice inventors who want to organize their thoughts for their inventions.

The goal of this website, is to, through my experience, and advice, give the new inventor direction, encouragement, examples, as well as, services and products to help them on their inventors journey, at their pace, and doing so without spending a great deal of time and money.

Take a look around, Kick off your shoes, and lets start inventing!

Happy Inventing!
